Container Refund Rockhampton (trading as Container Refund Rockhampton & Capricorn Coast) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, nearest location and your message. We don't ask for payment details or your Containers for Change account password, and you should never send them to us.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to arrange anything you've asked for, such as a collection, bins or a fundraising setup. We don't sell your information or add you to marketing lists.

Website statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons get used, such as calls, directions and Container Collect bookings. It uses cookies and collects things like your device type, rough location and the pages you view, but not your name or contact details. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out add-on.

Containers for Change

Refunds, member accounts, Container Collect bookings and the app are run by Container Exchange (QLD), the Queensland scheme coordinator. Their privacy policy covers anything you share with them.

Links to other sites

This site links to Facebook, Google Maps and Containers for Change. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
